New Year's Eve Accommodation Program / Special conditions for accommodation in single rooms or family rooms with children or third adult in the same room. Contact us by email reservations-douro@octanthotels.com . Reservations until December 28, 2025. To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation, through a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Program cannot be combined with other current offers. City tax not included. VAT included.

Christmas Vouchers / You will be sent a digital voucher with the Octant Christmas gift by email. For more information and reservations, please contact us at reservations@octanthotels.com.. Christmas gift available for reservations until 29.12.2026 (except from 1 June to 15 September or New Year’s, for option 1 and 2), in a double room (2 adults). Tourist tax not included. Minimum length of say may apply. This voucher must be presented at the time of booking and at check-in. Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. To guarantee the purchase, the hotel will request payment through a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. After payment, the voucher will be sent to you by email by the hotel team. VAT included.
